| If you have a property to rent or sell, we can put it on the Web for you. Our directories get thousand of hits a week and there is an increasing number of inquiries about adding listings.
We charge $195.00 to prepare your listing with 2-3 photos. This also includes a link for the first 3 months with the photo wiith a brief description of your rental on the Vacation Rental page. This amount is due at time of order. We bill $15 per month every quarter, thereafter, as long your listing is on line. Our present clients express extremely positive results—we have not lost a single listing since the site began unless the property was sold
Need photos? The property can be photographed locally for as little as $60-$75, depending on size and location.
