CAFE SINTRA Manuel dos Santos, originally opened Cafe' Sintra in Sunriver where we enjoyed breafast and lunch until we moved to Bend. We were delighted when he opened the Bend restaurant and we didn't have to drive the Sunriver to enjoy the food and company. More..
