Jan "Jasiu" Sandlowski is reluctant to accept his ancesteral destiny that allows him few career options beyond janitor. His quest to reinvent himself takes him through different names and national origins in a series of hiiarious and sometimes surreal encounters. In the end, by trying to get away from his ethnic background, Jasiu discovers who he truly is and what it means to be a "Pole."
