2nd Street Theater casts Jesus Christ Superstar by Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber and Sir Tim Rice.  This timeless, classic musical based on the last seven days in the life of Jesus of Nazareth will be directed by Maralyn Thoma Dougherty and Sandy Silver.

“We are very excited to be producing this musical and at this time of year, right around Easter” said Thoma Dougherty.  “This is one of my favorite musicals and I think we have an outstanding cast.  Central Oregon is in for a real treat with this production,” said Sandy Silver.

 Jesus Christ Superstar opens on March 17th and runs through April 3rd.
